Protective eyewear is a kind of preventive equipment necessary to protect the safety and health of laborers during labor. So, what are the national standards for protective glasses?
National standards for protective glasses:
1. Requirements that the filter must meet
(1) Appearance quality
It is required to have a smooth appearance, uniform coloring, and no obvious scratches, bubbles, foreign objects or other defects that damage optical performance. 5mm from the edge of the lens to the center should not have the above defects. Put the lens to be tested on a black background, use 60W incandescent lamp, visual test method.
(2) Heat resistance
The filter is placed in water at 67 ± 2 ℃ for 3 minutes and then placed in water at 4 ± 1 ℃ immediately. No abnormal phenomena appear.
(3) Strength performance
With a 116-gram-weight steel ball, free fall from the height of 0.6M to the center of the lens, three consecutive impacts, the protective glasses lens is not damaged, it is qualified, if the lens is three layers, the steel ball falls freely from the height of 1.2M Three consecutive impacts without damage are considered acceptable. Tested according to GB 3609-2-83.
(4) Optical performance
The parallelism shall be tested according to the method specified in GB3609 ・ 3-83. Be below 1/6 prism degree.
Refractive power, the difference between the refractive power of any two meridians must be below 0.125D (that is, the refractive error ± 0.125D), according to the method of GB 3609-3-832, 4 test.
(5) UV resistance
The filter is placed at a distance of 200cm from a 450W high-pressure xenon lamp. After 50 hours of irradiation, the transmittance and intensity test is performed immediately without any change.
2. Frame
(1) Heat resistance
Put the frame in a thermostat and heat to 60 ± 2 ℃ for half an hour. No deformation after cooling at room temperature.
(2) The metal part of the anti-corrosion measuring frame. Soak the metal parts without attachments and grease in the boiling 10% salt solution for 15 hours. Do not wipe off the surface liquid. After drying at room temperature for 24 hours, wash it with warm water.
(3) Flame resistance
The burning speed shall not be greater than 1MM / S, and the test shall be conducted in accordance with GB 3609-2-83.
