During welding, many harmful substances will be generated, which will cause damage to human eyes, skin and other parts. Therefore, all personnel engaged in welding operations and the people around them need to wear corresponding protective equipment in accordance with relevant regulations in order to The degree of damage is reduced to a minimum. Welding mask ? (1) To prevent the hazards of welding arc and spark burns, according to the requirements of GB3609.1 'Welding goggles and masks', select light-shielding lenses that meet the operating conditions. ? (2) There are two types of masks for welders: hand-held and head-mounted. The shell of the mask and helmet should be made of non-combustible or non-combustible non-irritating skin insulation materials. Reliable, no light leakage. ? (3) Head-mounted electric welding mask, used for all kinds of arc welding or ascending welding operations, the weight should not exceed 560g. ? (4) Auxiliary welders should choose to wear masks and protective glasses suitable for shading performance according to working conditions. ? (5) For gas welding and gas cutting operations, the corresponding type of protective glasses should be selected according to the thickness of the welding and cutting workpiece plate. ? 6 (6) Preparations for welding and cutting, and cleaning work, such as grinding welds, removing welding slag, etc., should use anti-slag glasses that do not easily break into lenses. ? 2. Welder overalls ? (1) The protective clothing used by welders should be selected according to the characteristics of welding and cutting work. ? (2) Cotton canvas work clothes are widely used in general welding and cutting work. The color of the work clothes is white. ? 3 (3) Gas shielded welding Under the action of ultraviolet rays, when there is gas such as ozone, work clothes made of shag or leather should be used to prevent the welder from being burned or the body temperature increased during operation. ? (4) Welders who work in all positions shall be equipped with leather overalls. ? ?(5) During back welding cutting, in order to prevent Mars and slag from falling from the height to the head and shoulders, the welder should wear a towel around the neck and wear shoulder guards, long sleeves and aprons made of flame-resistant materials. And shoe covers. ? (6) The overalls worn by the welder should not be wet, the pockets of the overalls should be covered with a cover, the waist should be covered, the length of the pants should cover the upper, the overalls should not be damaged, holes and gaps, and oil, fat. ? (7) Work clothes for welding and cutting cannot be made of general synthetic fabrics. ? 3. Welder gloves ? (1) Welder gloves shall be made of wear-resistant, radiant heat-resistant leather or cotton canvas and leather composite materials, and their length shall not be less than 300mm. They shall be sewn strong. Welders shall not wear damaged and wet gloves. ? (2) When the welder is working in a welding place that may be conductive, the gloves used should be made of materials with insulating properties (or additional insulating layers) and pass the 5000V test before they can be used. ? 4. Welder safety shoes ? (1) Welder's protective shoes shall have insulating shoes with insulation, heat resistance, non-flammability, wear resistance and non-slip performance. ? (2) The rubber soles of protective shoes worn by electric welders shall pass the test with a voltage of 5000V. For welding in flammable and explosive occasions, there shall be no spikes on the soles to avoid friction sparks. ? (3) When welding and cutting on the ground with standing water, the welder should wear waterproof rubber shoes that have withstood a voltage of 6000V and passed the test. ? 5.Other protective equipment for welding and cutting ? (1) For welding and cutting workplaces, due to arc radiation, slag splashing, affecting the surrounding sight, arc protection rooms or shields should be set. The shields should be made of non-combustible materials, and the surface should be painted with black or dark gray paint. Height It should not be lower than 1.8m, and a 25cm air gap should be left in the lower part. ? (2) Welders climb up or perform welding in places where a fall may occur. The safety belts used in cutting operations shall meet the requirements of GB6095-2009 safety belts, and the hooks of safety ropes on safety belts shall be hung securely. ? (3) The helmet for welders shall meet the requirements of GB2811-2007 helmet. ? (4) The tool bag used by the welder, the barrel should be intact and free of holes, and the tools such as hand hammer shovel and wire brush commonly used by welders should be firmly connected. ? (5) The power cords of mobile lighting fixtures used by welders should be YQ or YQW rubber sheathed insulated cables, the wires are intact and not damaged, and the lamp switch has no leakage. The voltage should be determined according to the site conditions or use a 12V safety voltage. The bulb should be protected by a metal grille.
